Information reaching Kossyderrickent has it that Hardened criminal, Lindani Bhesi Mthethwa, has been murdered after he killed two police officers in Mandeni

On Sunday night, Lindani “Bhesi” Mthethwa was brutally murdered at the Mankenganeni Reserve in the Mandeni area. READ MORE HERE

His body was found with multiple bullet wounds, and it appeared as though he’d been hacked, too.

Residents found his body lying on the road, and reported it to local police.

The suspects were nowhere to be seen, and no arrests were made.

But Mthethwa was not just a victim.

The 22-year-old was a suspect himself, wanted for a series of murders and robberies.

His alleged killing spree included four people – of which two were off-duty police officers – at a tavern in Sundumbili in February.

A day before his death, police and security teams came face to face with him and he survived a shootout.

The screenshot below shows a status message apparently posted by him, bragging about how powerful he is.

Despite this, what he didn’t know was, at the time of his death, highly-trained tactical teams from the SAPS and security forces were planning to take him down.

But, in a twist of fate, while they were waiting and finalising their plans for the imminent operation, they received information of the killing.

Sources say Bhesi was a feared gangster, emulating the practices of the West Gang.
