After years of lighting up the airwaves with her vibrant energy and infectious laughter, celebrated radio host Sheila Kwamboka, popularly known as Kwambox, bid a heartfelt farewell to her listeners during an emotional final show on Kiss FM.

Reflecting on her last breakfast show, which aired on Tuesday, April 30, 2025, Kwambox took to Instagram to share her emotions. She said the show started off smoothly, and she maintained her usual charisma, delivering content with charm, but when it came time to say goodbye, the weight of the moment caught up with her.

“So for a moment, I thought I had everything under control; the show was going on okay, and then when it came to say goodbye, I broke down,” Kwamboka said.

“As I hang up the mic tomorrow, I do it with a full heart. Grateful. Humbled. Ready. It’s been 11 years on the radio. From my first show on @homeboyzradio in 2014 to wrapping up Kenya’s biggest breakfast show on @kiss100kenya, this journey has been nothing short of a blessing,” Kerry announced.

“I have had the honour of doing what I love with people I love, friends who became family, and listeners who became part of my story. Every laugh, every debate, every early morning – I gave it everything. And you gave me more in return. Because this isn’t the end. It’s the beginning of something even bigger. Let’s go.”
