President William Ruto has promised plenty of goodies for the Jesus Winner Ministry Roysambu church.
President Ruto, who worshipped in the church on Sunday, March 2, 2025, started by pledging to help in building a new church on the land he had helped the Bishop Edward Mwai-led church acquire.
He then pledged to make a good access road for the church to help the believers with easy access to the new structure that is under construction.
Road promise
The first in command then promised to construct a 500-meter access road for the church, claiming that it was a very small job for him.
“Mmeniuliza mambo machache.
He went ahead to promise overseas jobs for the church members who have undergone training through a learning program that is offered by the church.
Overseas jobs
Gatundu North MP Kururia Njoroge had informed Ruto that the church had a program whereby its members, mostly youths, undergo training in various fields, including learning foreign languages in readiness for job markets beyond Kenyan borders.
In response, Ruto promised that Labour Cabinet Secretary Alfred Mutua will be going to the church on Wednesday this week, together with his team, to carry out a recruitment exercise.
“I am very proud of this church.
Money promise
On the money, Ruto pledged to personally give Ksh20 million towards the construction of the church and promised a further Ksh100,000 that he said he will mobilize his friends to give on the day of the church harambee.
