Following the viral reel, Bernadeth released a video explaining why she chose to wear the dress.
“Confident ko ato. Gipili to nako. Gawas pa, sayon ra siya waklison kay akong [isa] ka anak nag-totoy pa,” she shared in a video she posted on Wednesday morning, April 16.
“Katong gisuot nako, gipangandaman gyud pud na nako kay proud man ko mupaso kay akong mga anak naay awards, naay medals,” she added.
